Welcome to the site of Hans van den Hooff

Hans van den Hooff has twenty years of experience in coaching executives and business teams. Before setting up his own practice in 2001, he was consultant and partner with the management consulting firms PA Consulting Group and Arthur D. Little respectively. Before that he worked for Shell in Europe and the US. He has a PhD in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Amsterdam and has been training in Analytical Psychology for the last six years in London (ongoing).

Dr Hans van den Hooff has been writing and lecturing internationally in the fields of Executive Coaching and Interpersonal Organizational Dynamics. He is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytical Study of Organizations ISPSO. His publications include articles on Analytical Psychology, unconscious processes in organisations, projectmanagement and innovation management. He is registered with the Netherlands Association of Analytical Psychology NAAP.
